Request Period for Return/Exchange
- Exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds are possible within 3 days after delivery is complete.
- The warranty period is 365 days.
Return/Exchange Pickup (Delivery) Costs
- If the product is faulty or the content differs from the advertisement or contract, the cost of returning the product is free. However, for exchanges or returns related to simple change of mind or dissatisfaction with color/size, the delivery cost is borne by the customer. Please note that return/exchange delivery costs may vary depending on the options and quantities selected at the time of purchase, or whether promotions were applied.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Products
-When mattress is already opened.
-When the request for exchange/return due to a simple change of mind.
- When the value of the product has been damaged by the customer's use or partial consumption.
- When the value of the product has drastically reduced over time to the point where it can no longer be resold.
- For products that are individually custom-ordered at the customer's request and cannot be resold (products marked with initials, customized size products, etc.).
This policy has been established in accordance with the consumer rights in the Philippines under Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines).
